You're just a number never appreciated for anything you do. You give more work they expect even more, yet they cannot achieve the numbers themselves.

Everything, none of them have a clue what they're doing, department's run better when they're off, morale is shocking. They take advantage of the people who are not so put spoken & get rid of the people with an opinion.
