What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything, none of them have a clue what they're doing, department's run better when they're off, morale is shocking. They take advantage of the people who are not so put spoken & get rid of the people with an opinion.
They were the toxic problem.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's okay. Not the best but not the worst. Definitely not worth the BS that goes on here though.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
You're just a number never appreciated for anything you do. You give more work they expect even more, yet they cannot achieve the numbers themselves.
The environment was so toxic that even the 20% or so compensation on the table wasn't worth the misery of working at Tecomet

Exec mgt cares about themselves. No one gets raises or bonuses like perpetually but they pay themselves well and complain the "business is not doing well and we have to "lean in" and this is a "team sport."
Started out at $14.00 hourly as a laser Operator in 2020. I ran two lasers simultaneously walked 6 to 7 miles a day running two lasers. I was never respected. Was sexually harassed by maintenance person , reported to supervisor and mgmt and nothing was ever done about it. Car was keyed after.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The only positive thing I can say is that i met some really nice coworkers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They all back stab each other
There good people at lower to mid levels. They just have zero leadership abd each site is a like a little country with power hungry 'GMs' who have no skills.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything the place is a shithole
All Executives must go, no more woke MBA's running the company

No culture. Its a joke. HR is a joke and plays games like they care and want to do things. All a show.
Management needs to manage the plant. Try to boost the morale once in a while. Tell the workers they are appreciated once in a while. Give the workers a raise.
The CEO needs to be fired and shown the same toxic treatment that his woke culture created. The CEO ans Executive VP's hired bullies and ladder climbers who infected the organization with negative interaction, illegal requests for the sake of pennies and incompetence

Respectful. Starting pay was $5.00 more then Tecomet.

The walk round was more like a run round

It was basic and drawn out. Takes way too long and candidates take orher roles. Getting "HR and finance" approval takes forever. There is like 16 layers of approval it seems.

Poor Management. Running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Maintenance is clueless and lazy. Meetings are not informative.
The sole focus of a private equity is profit. That goes directly against a medical devise company's reaponsibilities. Executives are concerned only about themselves, the profits, and the appearence of being politically correct

Everything is going wrong. You can tell that the CEO and executive teams have lost control. So many managers leaving the company, it's not a good sign.
