This was by far the worst company I have ever worked at. Extremely old equipment, horrible upper management, they really need to update their processes and treat their people better!
No communication nothing in place for peoples health, everything is either years old & on its last legs or breaks down on a regular basis, it's a case of like it lump it or leave. Not surprising such a turn over of staff.

Management does not care about the operators. Management is poorly ran. Management does not care about safety regulations. Management can not manage this company.
