How employees describe working at Tecomet
Not a positive environment. Started there with previous experience in the position, but no training to adapt to their methods and procedures.
This was by far the worst company I have ever worked at. Extremely old equipment, horrible upper management, they really need to update their processes and treat their people better!
No communication nothing in place for peoples health, everything is either years old & on its last legs or breaks down on a regular basis, it's a case of like it lump it or leave. Not surprising such a turn over of staff.
Toxic from the CEO down
Review from Operations Dept
No culture. Its a joke. HR is a joke and plays games like they care and want to do things. All a show.
