We don't get paid what the cost of living is where we live. And we don't acknowledge people below upper management level.

Make sure the clients are on the same knowledge level as leadership. Coming up with some sort of culture classes, for management to be able to learn about others culture and how to approach different situations when they feel that they aren't being treated equally due to culturistic situations.
