The best part of my compensation package is that it is a fair amount of pay per hour including with all of the experience I do have the pay is very fair and at my range.

We were promised a raise by Labrent Sowells before he was replaced by Arlan Hill. I feel like no matter if it was not true the fact it was promised it should've happened. Inflation is up by 8% within a year. It shows no indication it will slow down anytime soon. I feel we do need a raise.

I know this is training, but the leads we have are old. It feels as if we are harrassing 97% of the leads giving to us. This system is outdated and I could easily create a system that would make this much more efficient by simultaneously reducing employee costs and maximizing time

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The call system and everything is outdated. You utilize too many workers to call and seemingly harrass people. Its 2022. If you want serious consultation, hire me to do that. I can elevator pitch you and discuss compensation.
