The company culture is around value for the employee and their families. It creates a fun culture which actually motivates employees. Telvista is an exciting place to work! There is hardly a dull moment and HR/Management consistently reflect your best interest. I love that!!

We should be able to have TV or music or something going in the background. Things like that are scientifically proven to improve the overall atmosphere of the workplace. Also, there's a ton of ppl with ADHD here, and if it's slow we need some form of mental stimulation outside of reading work docs.
