  • There was a great deal of diversity in the company. So it's hard to say. I have heard of people from work getting together to go out for drinks or for bowling.

  • There isn't a lot of opportunity to move up in the company unless you stay with the company for a very long time. Expect to be there at least 3 years before you can become anything more than just a phone drone.

  • It's important to know how to deescalate conflict when you're working with customers on the phone. If you can do that it will improve your handle time which is a very important metric. Good metrics are rewarded.

  • Not long. It seems like Telvista is almost always hiring. I have heard of some people being contacted within a few minutes of submitting an online application. Usually they are in touch with in a week.

  • TelVista does a drug test and a background check at the time of hiring. Their new hire material says that they may do random drug tests at any time, however, I have never heard of any employee being drug tested after being hired.
