Higher Pay for the amount of work and knowledge thats needed for the job also be up front about what's expected or required. The micromanaging is very overwhelming and irritating give the employees a chance to prove themselves. Most people just feel like a number that can be discouraging

The company needs to pay a living wage, case in point, Panda Express is offering $14.00 hr as a starting wage with people having to earn $23.00 hr. A living wage would allow a person to afford a 1-2 bedroom apartment. And to even get into an apartment a person's income has to 3x the rental cost.

Communicating/listening because everyone can learn from someone. Listen to others ideas and don't pass them off as your own. Take the ideas & implement them, you just may find out that it will be effective in the work setting. Give everyone a fair chance no matter the color or gender.
