The leadership team is doing what they have with what they have. They need an assistant. Most of the workload from out management is delegated to us because our management isn't able to complete it. This is not a part of our job description or something we are being compensated for on our paychecks.

I consider myself essential to this dept. I bring many things to the table, such as the ability to be flexible and to go with the flow ( this is huge, given this position is not consistent with its duties, there are changes every day that happen). I am more than qualified and would love a raise.
