Overall, the experience has been great, I have learned many valuable skills that I can take from here. I have made great connections with people here. The growth that I have made in the company is also something I'm very proud of myself for.

The family feeling that comes with working here. We all come from different walks of life but all mesh well together.
What makes you most happy at work?
Finishing tasks ( checking things off of my list). Success in the agents that I train. Growth in classes ( new hires) Paid Incentives. Value to the promises that are given to you as an employee.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team are that they will always lend a hand to their other teammates. If we see that someone may be struggling or needing some help finishing tasks, we jump in where we are needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about my leadership is the care and compassion that they show to their team. It is imperative to have team leaders who understand when "life" happens, and how to work with their teammates and not against them. For these reasons, I am thankful for my leadership.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I consider myself essential to this dept. I bring many things to the table, such as the ability to be flexible and to go with the flow ( this is huge, given this position is not consistent with its duties, there are changes every day that happen). I am more than qualified and would love a raise.
