I am new to the team, but so far we are short staffed, under paid, and lack supplies needed, but the market is poor
It's hard to grow within the company. I felt stifled and eventually had to leave. I do like some of the benefits offered but the cost inflated.
Everything needs to change now
We try to be a family and help each other. Even though our management makes it hard to do so.

So so...some states only have behavioral health so if you work say in ICU or ER you would not be able to transfer to another facility if that was the case
