Overall I love the company and what they stand for. They don't get as much credit as they deserve and most people don't truly know how much vans gives back to their community. Being around my coworkers and the customers that come into our store. We strive to make personal connections with our customers and try not to be fake salesmen. Personal connection is something that makes work enjoyable because you can truly be yourself.

Our team is very diverse, upbeat and really works well as a team. Everyone has each others back and it really makes coming to work that much more enjoyable. I have met some of my best friends from working at vans and it makes for the ideal work environment.

The culture is very apparent as soon as you walk in the door. No one is left out and there's always a challenge to meet when we come into work. We're pretty competitive but it's truly just a friendly competition type of flow. Everyone helps each other grow and wants the best for one another.
