Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This company uses human lives as an asset and tosses away hardworking people like trash on a whim, even when they're the salespeople with the highest rate. Pathetic.

Better communication, talk of growth and development but no real follow up
I designed a fabulous pair of customs that were selected for retail and have several more ideas and have not been compensated.

we all get along great, all very lovely people. very funny and great workers

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
no one listens and the assistant manager and manager have side conversations during our meetings and no one gets anything done or it's just reprimanding.

Making people smile. Positivity is contagious
The most positive things are the fact that the vans company has so much history, and a nice community. The culture is such an interesting culture differing from other brands.
