They are fast when pulling shoes. I enjoy the bond I have made with one of my coworkers.
My coworkers are a great group of bunch that try to keep the store quality great and giving the customers their best, but some team members with a higher position or given a higher position seem to change mentally and morally after they do which I'll call a power trip but other than that its family.

Our team is very diverse, upbeat and really works well as a team. Everyone has each others back and it really makes coming to work that much more enjoyable. I have met some of my best friends from working at vans and it makes for the ideal work environment.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
no one listens and the assistant manager and manager have side conversations during our meetings and no one gets anything done or it's just reprimanding.
Get new managers and supervisors
