What does the leadership team need to get better at?

need to be better at working

Not coming in hungover and tired all the time from partying together

Getting rid of toxic management

Having constructive criticism rather than just raising their voice and treating us like children.

Equal distribution of task and better communication.

They need to learn to be nicer to their new hires because their attitudes are ridiculous and rude.

Put schedules out on time, not talk about employees to other employees, not lie to the district manager about employees, overall toxic environment
