Making people smile. Positivity is contagious
The most positive things are the fact that the vans company has so much history, and a nice community. The culture is such an interesting culture differing from other brands.

The culture is very apparent as soon as you walk in the door. No one is left out and there's always a challenge to meet when we come into work. We're pretty competitive but it's truly just a friendly competition type of flow. Everyone helps each other grow and wants the best for one another.
