When they show up. Its hard to lead people who dont feel like they are appreciated do to the unfair wages that we all make. We are employee owned and we offer "competitive wages" but really McDonalds is paying employees a higher wage then some of our employees who have been with Winco for years

I already work hard for the store i work at. Im sure im not the only one, but i know times have been rough for us but i feel like we should be getting compensated a bit better. I know us as a company are doing great sales wise, but our wages arent fair for the amount of work some of us do
