What leadership? My department manager is yelled at for a single box being empty on the floor. Upper management gets paid 100k while we get payed pennies and have our hours cut. They dont listen, nor care. They don't treat us as human beings.

Leadership teams function extremely well when everyone is included for the best success of the company and not selfish relations. A team needs Leadership to run on a stable daily basis.
