Early in my carrier I was full of hope and potential of growing and career development was create. However organization is now only focus on younger generations for training and advancement. Those who helped company be what it is and still want to work are being pushed out.

Respect for all of their employee. Engaging directly individual contributors and middle management. Not only meeting with C levels. Look diversity promotion within the company instead of looking outside. Invest training current potential managers for future leaders of the organization.

Invest training. Like covering college tuition on higher learning. More paid leave other than maternity leave. Single people shouldn't be left out from paid leave programs just bc they don't have children. However providing paid leave to care for sick relatives
