What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing attributes and providing opportunities for colleagues to be placed in a role that aligns with their skill set and capabilities. Less favoritism.
Treating people better from color of skin and from asian countries
Encouraging employees leading thru passion, not fear/ intimidation
should improve management and people skills
Respect for all of their employee. Engaging directly individual contributors and middle management. Not only meeting with C levels. Look diversity promotion within the company instead of looking outside. Invest training current potential managers for future leaders of the organization.
