Encouraging employees leading thru passion, not fear/ intimidation
should improve management and people skills
Respect for all of their employee. Engaging directly individual contributors and middle management. Not only meeting with C levels. Look diversity promotion within the company instead of looking outside. Invest training current potential managers for future leaders of the organization.

i was a senior management role but looking forward to regain management and strategic role
