4/5 managers are AWESOME!!! I feel they are patient and encouraging. They will work with you and your scheduling needs and hear you out if you have a problem with anything. These are genuinely kind people who I have respect for.

In my experience, it is extremely uncommon in today's business environment to find a member of Ace Management or the corporate leadership team who is not dedicated to the company's vision and mission.

Supporting, listening and communicating to hourly employees. Strong sense you are replaceable, therefore high turnover.

Treating people with dignity and respect. Being honest with the owner. Trying to keep clients instead of running them off. Not making false accusations without proof to back it up. Stop making up policies that dispute written policies.
