There is an overwhelming amount of work to be done after the January layoffs. Support is in the midst of migrating from Jira to ServiceNow so we are working in two different platforms. Constantly getting pinged by various teams/managers about how tickets are out of SLA. Impossible to make progress.

Everyone is burnt out and exhausted and there are no possibilities of staff add that are needed. It feels like the customer doesn't really feel like our north star when their teams are completely over capacity and over-extended.

An entire leadership change at MANTL to people that actually care about employees and cares about doing what is best for the customers. Also MANTL contracts need to be changed to incentivize customers going live. Right now the pressure is all on MANTL and clients know this.

Too much noise, not enough signal. Too much focus on 'fair' and not enough on making sure the doers are placed in the right positions and retained. Too much reactions to customer needs/wants without thinking through how to best achieve the asks.

There is alot of cognitive dissonance regarding goals vs what work actually gets done. Timelines get moved up, people are left out, and the wrong things are highlighted

Especially since the stock price is down and the activist investor has been applying pressure, things have been very different in a bad way. Much more micromanagement, much less change management, leadership giving canned superficial answers to questions.

It seems very important that upper leadership is shifting the culture to try to sell the company. Again, there is no specific direction, and many processes and workflows within the company were removed, with no other options to absorb the work for the people who were left.
