The pay is ok, benefits are pretty lacking, but the annual bonus is usually pretty good. Doesn't make up for all the things we have to deal with regarding the corporate culture of incompetence though, especially when dealing with off/near shore contractors.

It's a competitive compensation package with the ability to earn a yearly bonus. The 401K match is fair and competitive with other employers.
