We work well together under pressure
They are accessible and active listeners.
Very transparent and willing to help at all times. They are part of the team mentality
Pragmatic, kind, evidenced-based decision making
Authentic and competent. Care about employees.
Fire most of them and start fresh
Ever since laurie passed at NASM its been bad
Listening to teams before making big decisions and oromoting from within.
Communication and competency, drop the off/near shore incompetent contractors and focus on current employees. Hold poor performers accountable, deal with apps that should be shelved or redone, communicate. There is a total void of leadership.
They need to work on communication about things outside of our department.
good base salary and bonus structure
Bonuses and health care plus extra perks such as free classes
I receive a generous bonus each year, based on profit and performance
The pay is ok, benefits are pretty lacking, but the annual bonus is usually pretty good. Doesn't make up for all the things we have to deal with regarding the corporate culture of incompetence though, especially when dealing with off/near shore contractors.
Flexible PTO and spirit of just get the job done.
Benefits are too expensive for the lack of coverage provided. Salaries don't make uo for the high benefit cost.
At this point in time pay for most roles can be as much as half what people are paid for similar roles at other companies.
More hours same pay and I felt they were pushing me out the door
Competent and extremely hardworking believing in mission
I work with great people.
Alwsys willing to stop what they are doung to help me understand processes as I learn the business.
We support each other and we've become more than coworkers.
We’re remote so we only see each other once a year. They’re all honest, transparent, kind and suppor
Learn to read, stay engaged, don't be so beholden to a single way or technology.
Working together in our teams is usually a positive experience. The company executives themselves while do a decent job remain detached from the mental stability and encouragement of their employees. It's all about the dollar for them and so taking a bonus away is just a numbers game to them.
Work hard play hard. They understand the need for self care when times are hectic
The people and the office -- except no one goes to tve iffice anymore
Our culture is client-oriented, but the leadership understands the value of happy employees. It actually is values-driven. That’s not just something said to make us look good. I think that decisions are ethically based without sacrificing profi
Everyone is pleasant to work with, not critical, friendly and helpful.
Get rid of the off/near shore contractors, or use ones that have a clue what they are doing.
They made me feel comfortable and were supportive
It allowed me to meet many of tve people i wouod be working with.
Very friendly and streamlined process.
Who actually likes interviews? I got the job, so I guess it was ok, they didn't really prepare me for the level of worthlessness in many departments though.
Everyone spoke in a kind way.
Lol get people that actually know the field and the job
What I do— working to help students become practicing nurse
Opportunity to be creative and free to offer suggestions on how things should be done.
Progressing towards goals as a team.
Managers need to take a vested interest in their employees and get to know them.
Invest in the product and do more than just keeping the lights on
Tired of dealing with the lies and incompetence of contractors and honestly, many of the FTEs. Middle management is way too heavy, and too many are not technical at all (for an IT company).
I'm unhappy with my current manager and the way I'm micro-managed. As an adult in a professional position it's extremely difficult to work while being micro-managed.

Company culture and recognition of work done by people outside of the sales team
Communication could be improved between upper-level management in Kansas and satellite companies. It seems that business units compete with one another and it is unclear how decisions are made which unit should pursue a new opportunity. Overlap exists and units don't seem to collaborate.
