No one likes to interview. I noticed though how frantic they were to hire quickly which should have been a huge red flag.

My coworkers are just trying to scrape by. This is not a coworker issue this is a company issue. A leader issue. A understaffing issue. Inadequate pay issue. I could go on forever.

There is nothing positive here. No bonuses. Crappy 2.5 % "raise" which isnt even a raise and doesnt even match the inflation for the year. No incentives. I could go on. 0/10 company we are treated like slaves.
