Appreciating each employee and what they bring to the table instead of picking a favorite. I have been doing great in all the metrics but once I do great in one metric the goalpost seems to shift to align with team members the Coach prefers to put in a Leadership position.

I don't even know who our leadership team is beside my DM. If I need to give an answer, I Don't feel like we have really any recognition or I feel like we aren't celebrated enough. Pay was not sufficient to begin with for what I do, and with Inflation factored in the pay doesn't go as far as it used to. I have constantly tried to apply myself and been a very hard worker. I am constantly looking to grow but my Team and growth have become stale as of recent.

Overall bonus is nice but would be nice if had a multiplier tied to the performance of the company. Also the health benefits are not great. Cigna is horrible to work with and overall the insurance and 401k plans are expensive with not great options.

Benefits costs went up substantially while overall salary remains flat. The pay for the job responsibilities and industry is low, and title is not commensurate with actual job duties. Some managers are difficult to work with.

Goals are unreasonable and late during communication. We as front workface give feedbacks to our team member on a daily basis, but comes and rewards are unreasonable. We can't reward team members fairly unless you are an executive or office employee. fundings are not spread evenly.
