Being a part of an amazing team that truly cares about the field associates and realize that we only have jobs because of them. The way we work is to do what is right, not what is easy.

my team , Commercial, touches almost every part of the business. I don't think the same could be said for many other departments. It's gratifying that I can assist not just the field associates, but the CTS ones as well.

The leadership from the C level appear to care about the company and the direction it should take. I've only interacted with 2 of the C level, personally, and from the enthusiasm they have for our culture and diversifying the business is contagious.
