Evolving. Recent additional focus on engagement, employee satisfaction. It's not cut-throat. Everyone is very helpful and works toward the common goal.
Very friendly and positive, But users are subject to poor support and security
What kinds of community outreach does Benjamin Moore participate in?
Atrocious Cybersecurity program. Legitimate breeches are ignored by management. The environment is not hardened do to inaction and ignorance. A high risk IT tolerance but management leaves the company owned by breeched hosts and poor logging.

The faster, the apps, the better, there is no Control with regard to security. Many holes in the network and on hosts.
How flexible is your work schedule at Benjamin Moore?
Not very. Working from home is still a battle in many departments. The office is on a pretty tight 9am to 5 pm. You can maybe get your department lead to ok an 8-4 but that is rare.
