What do you like best about the leadership team?
They know you on a first name basis and are willing to converse and get to know you
My leadership team arrives on time everyday ready for work.
The hiring process everyone gets a chance to meet a potential candidate and give their opinion.

Re establish small focus groups with NO local leadership in attendance; solicit EE feedback and suggestions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
PTO of four weeks to start, good 401k match
Benefits. Although base pay is lower than in other organizations the bonus structure, for some, can be good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Dropping purchasing prices would solve my problem.
Compensation is fair. Feeling valued as a BM employee is rarely present. Need more employee: Leadership listening sessions (private and group)

Strong culture, willing to help and learn from each other
Diverse knowledge sets. Friendly. Everyone is accessible
We work as a team. Help each other. Co workers here are pretty good for the team. Some didnt fit and their gone. Theres a ton to learn here

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are nice and respectful. Stong 9-5 boundaries accross the company
consistently improving work experience and day to day environment

Team building and development amongst all employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employees dint feel valued or recognized. We prefer monetary recognition, not an email or certificate.
Leadership should be held just as accountable as hourly employees are held accountable. Leadership development is almost non existant.

Easy process, welcoming environment and interview

Guve a better overview of the actual wirk culture.

The people are great and i look forward to working with them
taking ideas into consideration and not just dismissing them
