Honestly, it's hard to believe I get paid to work here... and paid well! I feel like the salaries offered here are amazing and the health/retirement benefits are some of the best I've ever had.

I love the options for health, dental, vision, and 401K contributions. For the type of company this is and the place I am at in my career they provide great benefits! Boostability also listens to the concerns of its employees and adjusts the benefits each year to best help us where they can!

HSA Match, and good prices on Health insurance. And they are definitely trying to make improvements. For example since i have been here they have increased the 401K match.

I feel undervalued because the minimum wage has not gone up to account for inflation. I would feel better compensated if we could opt out of boost merch and get more pay raises instead.

For y position I am under paid. I feel boost is making efforts to fix our benefits like switching insurance providers (HUGE WIN, THANK YOU for switching to UHC!!) I wish boost would do tuition reimbursements especially if I am going to school to better my current position.

Compared to the industry average in Utah, I am underpaid for my position. I am making less in this position than I was in a temp job .

They are very resistant to coming even close to competitive wages, let alone a real living wage, and don't really take your previous experience into account for your starting pay.
