The leadership team genuinely cares about their employees. From our entry-level positions to our high-level positions, they understand each employee is making an impact on the company and recognize that contribution. Very approachable and transparent.

Our management team works hard to make sure that the employees feel 100% comfortable coming to them with any feedback they have. Boostability was built on employee suggestions and feedback and we want to keep it that way!

I really like that they recognize employees and people with lives and situations. It does not feel like we are just a body in a chair. They seem to really care about their people.

They make an effort to effectively communicate with all employees, including low-level employees. From the Ask Me Anything meetings to regular updates throughout COVID, I've felt like leadership was both willing to listen our individual needs and working to inform us of ongoing company developments.

They all have very different personalities yet work together so incredibly well. They each are extremely talented and are at the top of their game. Not only do they handle business well, they also genuinely care about the employees and it really shows through how well this company runs.

I feel like I was hired for one thing, but now I'm doing someone else's job. A job I'm not qualified for and have not had enough training to be sufficient at. Can we get more website partners please? Or hire more people if we're that shorthanded
