I cant work weekends but I still end up at work on them working.

Very unpredictable hours. You are moved around alot to different shifts

It depends on how you look at it. As far as requesting time off, if you do it at least two weeks ahead of time you usually get it off, but as far as being able to schedule appointments around the schedule easily, that's nearly impossible.

I would really like to hear feedback, whether it is negative or positive, instead of questioning myself all the time; it's hard to work in an environment where you are constantly questioning "Am I good enough?"

Not at all in the slightest. You never know if what you do this very moment could get you fired. You're pretty much nothing if you don't know people in the community.
