Some business units are not performing at a level that supports the NetSuite team when we are on bigger projects. My biggest concerns is we had to take delivery excellence training but theres no real accountability to do it that way. Some BUs do it differently and it hurts the NetSuite team.

The company doesn't yet have a good way to measure people's success or contribution. I see fantastic work out there and those people aren't sometimes as rewarded as well as those who are a squeaky wheel and don't really act like a team member. It's rare but it does occur.
