Continue to build and maintain a great culture; continue to lead and keep clients AND employees in good balance. Doing great client work and retaining the strong employees who love the work they do.

I like that we offer benefits to support our health and wellness such as, discounts on gym memberships and wellness competitions.

I appreciate the transparency in my salary discussions, bonus process, and benefits. I am also very happy that the company provides several opportunities for travel to reward people for their hard work.

As a leader of a service offering, my bonus can be fairly substantial, and I have a lot of control over that, based on my performance and focus during the year.

When interviewing I was asked what I would like and the company met that expectation. They give early bonus for the holiday season and in the short time I have been here I have seen them adjust pay mid-year to account for some market adjustments.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know my market value - on my paycheck. I am not earning nearly as much as some of the other people who we have hired to whom I know I more more experienced and skillful.
The benefits are atrociously expensive.
I know that I could earn more elsewhere, but I would not want to trade the culture and support I have for more money. I am aware that we pay other people with less skills in my area of expertise much more.
Benefits are too expensive for Contracting employees and the options are not a part of my compensation.

I love that my team loves to help others and are always willing to help.

I work with highly talented people. Our culture promotes teamwork - folks are willing to jump in and help on projects. I'm involved in several small groups, and it is always a privilege to share time with so many enthusiastic and positive people.

Everybody wants to collaborate. There may be differences of opinion, but we work together to overcome bad feelings related to it ("Social Contract"). There is very little territorialism and tribalism. This was a rampant problem at my last firm.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the fact that I spoke with many different people at the organization before starting. Because I work in a local business unit, I was able to meet current employees and ask questions about the role and got feedback about Centric as an organization prior to getting hired.

I love my autonomy - leadership trusts me to do my best work. I also take great comfort knowing that I am supported, and we have hundreds of talented people who are able to help out at a moment's notice.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
C-Suite over-emphasizes work life balance. We don't need to hear about your vacations and families on EVERY call. Tell us more about strategic vision and direction. We get it - you are cool laid back guys. How will you help support company and employee growth?
The company is undergoing change right now and sometimes the environment can be stressful. There are conflicting ideas on planning and imperatives.
What do you like best about your company?
Everyone is treated like a thoughtful, intelligent member of the team.
The people are the best thing about this company.
The camaraderie amongst the team is great.
The supportive, innovative, and flexible culture of the organization.
The corporate culture. I feel like it gives me room to grow, experiment, fail, and try again. I've received great support in pursuing the areas I'm most interested in.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?
Compensation is below market for in-demand specialties; 401k match needs to be clear and predictable.
I think the communication within the company can be streamlined.
I'd like to see us grow our IT staff, have a more steady rotation of clients, hire junior developers in the greater metro area, help them grow within our company, and take on more data science projects.
