
I liked the fact that I spoke with many different people at the organization before starting. Because I work in a local business unit, I was able to meet current employees and ask questions about the role and got feedback about Centric as an organization prior to getting hired.

It was a very long process for me, I think it is good though because it makes sure everyone agrees with the culture fit of the individual.

I marked the interview process as "difficult" but to me, that's what I liked about it. They were very thorough and I had to meet with a lot of people to ensure I was right for them (and in turn I realized they were right for me). By having this more thorough process I feel we get the best people.
