I love my autonomy - leadership trusts me to do my best work. I also take great comfort knowing that I am supported, and we have hundreds of talented people who are able to help out at a moment's notice.

I work with highly talented people. Our culture promotes teamwork - folks are willing to jump in and help on projects. I'm involved in several small groups, and it is always a privilege to share time with so many enthusiastic and positive people.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked the fact that I spoke with many different people at the organization before starting. Because I work in a local business unit, I was able to meet current employees and ask questions about the role and got feedback about Centric as an organization prior to getting hired.
