I love how open they are to listening & giving help or feedback whenever I ask. i don't feel nervous to ask questions & they are genuine when they want to help us on the team.

They are so human and down to earth. Larry is very approachable at out in-person events and goes out of his way to remember personal details. Day to day, my manager is fantastic and always interested in what is happening in my work and personal life and how those worlds interact.

The benefits aren't bad but I feel like they could be a lot better, especially around medical/dental/vision options, and some aspects of commuter benefits.

I believe the raises & bonuses could be a bit higher each year to keep up with inflation.

The culture is supported from the top down. You're encouraged to make human-first decisions, even though business objectives are important. You're trusted to do what you're good at and not micromanaged.
