Unlimited, self-managed PTO. Even though I don't take a lot of days off, I feel trusted to do what works best for me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is supported from the top down. You're encouraged to make human-first decisions, even though business objectives are important. You're trusted to do what you're good at and not micromanaged.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is full of people who are smart, compassionate, kind, empathetic, strategic, and overall brilliant. Despite being located all over the US and abroad I feel connected to them in ways I didn't even when I worked in an office environment.
