What is the best part about your compensation package?
The fact that they are available to W2T consultants as well as FTE

The compensation structure is clear. From previous experiences, I appreciate how clearly performance is measured. Not only are the health benefits and options some of the best I have seen, there is also the opportunity for bonus with requirements made very clear.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Annual raises and promotions are minimal

"Total comp" model undervalues most employees compared to other consulting companies. "Bonuses" seem more like withheld comp that you get at the end of the year instead of a true bonus.

I was already employed and not actively looking for a new role. It was a long process by comparison to previous experiences with 7 or so conversations but I appreciated the the opportunity to interview them just as much as they were interviewing me. I accepted knowing it was the right move for me.
