I did a lot of research before considering a job change. While I was not happy, I did not want to leave something "stable" during a pandemic. This move has changed my life. I never realized I could be happy at work. Sure, there are frustrating days but I've never felt more appreciated or valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is "all in" - it's great when the team is as excited as you are, the enthusiasm is genuine but infectious.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've appreciated the time they take to communicate to the organization, especially in the times of a pandemic, the communication and transparency goes a long way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Empathy and transparency. I come from an organization where you didn't necessarily know where you stand. Here at Centric, I feel like I can reach out and have honest, constructive conversations without any hesitation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation structure is clear. From previous experiences, I appreciate how clearly performance is measured. Not only are the health benefits and options some of the best I have seen, there is also the opportunity for bonus with requirements made very clear.
What makes you most happy at work?
I have been here just 90 days and in that time, I have never felt more valued or respected. The culture is such that it inspires you to be your best and authentic self. You WANT to inspire others, help clients and be a part of what has been built.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was already employed and not actively looking for a new role. It was a long process by comparison to previous experiences with 7 or so conversations but I appreciated the the opportunity to interview them just as much as they were interviewing me. I accepted knowing it was the right move for me.
