My team is easy to work with and collaborate with. We also know each other outside of work which gives our team a family feel. We try to do regular happy hours to catch up because some of us aren't onsite at a client.

Centric puts a big focus on Culture. I feel that we hire for culture first. Yes, one's skill set is very important but we want folks that align well with our culture. Our culture puts employees first and feels like family.

Getting to meet a variety of people that I'd be working alongside and/or reporting to and hearing a consistent message of the culture and what it's like to work for Centric.

Getting to know the interviewers at the same time they were getting to know me, it felt like a 2-way street.

Even though the interview process can be lengthy it is well worth it because Centric takes the time to match a candidate culturally. We also take our time to ensure we are hiring the best and that new employees like what there going to do and can hit the ground running upon starting.
