As a BD person, the commission plan has remained unchanged since I joined Centric.

We truly treat each other well and, in many cases, they feel like family members. High degree of trust and respect.

The leadership team and my colleagues truly care about one another and the communities they work in. Even though we are mostly virtual (even outside of pandemic times), there is a sense of closeness and togetherness. We truly back up one another and always step up to help each other.
