I am very happy with the overall direction of the company, our leadership team, and where they are taking the organization. Being able to interact with such a diverse group of people across the larger organization each and every day allows me to grow.

My co-workers. A fun-loving, intelligent, hard-working group of people who are very good at what they do.

The ability to share who I am outside of work and listening to the interviewers do the same.

Easy to speak to. Open and honest. Like to have fun but still deliver high levels of quality work. Energetic, innovative, and willing to word hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am more than fairly compensated and I know that the hard work I put in will be recognized at the end of the year through bonuses and other incentives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team and my colleagues truly care about one another and the communities they work in. Even though we are mostly virtual (even outside of pandemic times), there is a sense of closeness and togetherness. We truly back up one another and always step up to help each other.
