Their investment in integrity and openness - this can hard to balance but they strive to do it well. This is a cornerstone of our culture.

Everyone is very supportive and generally open to new ideas and/or strategies or different ways to problem solve a solution and are overall a truly great crew. I feel validated and valued in the work I do -- and that's worth a lot, in my book!

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits aren't bad but I feel like they could be a lot better, especially around medical/dental/vision options, and some aspects of commuter benefits.
