What is the best part about your compensation package?
My base salary is very fair. The bonus compensation and 401k contribution potential are the best parts of my compensation package.

The benefits package is great, we also get "self-managed" PTO and they take all of us (and a +1) on vacation every year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits aren't comparable to the market. Health benefits and 401K are mediocre, at best, in comparison to the market

Centric hires seasoned professionals, so it's a very knowledgeable team. Diverse teams come together and work collaboratively on solutions to clients challenges. Everyone treats each other with respect.

I had the opportunity to meet many people, which allowed me to get to know the company and for them to get to know me.

The work I do is appreciated and valued. I can see a direct impact of my efforts on our clients. I also value the freedom I'm given to get my work done in a manner that is best for me, my teammates and our clients.
