My experience has been adventurous and everchanging. Each project and milestone at my company has taught me a new lesson. Centric as a whole has been a a supportive mentor along my career, with leadership always offering advice and taking me under their wing. I feel happy and challenged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is great, we also get "self-managed" PTO and they take all of us (and a +1) on vacation every year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feeling not only accepted, but supported and intelligent. The support that comes from our company lifts us to be a better version of ourselves.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Getting to meet many of my (future) coworkers at the second round of interviews and getting an idea of what the company is like.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, Competency, and Down-to-Earth. They are very humble, yet very capable people who think outside of the box not just for their company's sake, but for their employees' sake.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers and our conversations. Catching up always feels like you're talking to an old friend. I also like the new challenges we receive and are tasked to figure out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team has the perfect balance of personality and intelligence. Everyone thinks outside of business norms to come up with original ideas and solutions for our clients and ourselves. Simply put, we are fun, kind, and smart.
