Talking with my manager and other people on my team, as well as knowing when I've done my best--and others will tell me that they see my effort.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are so human and down to earth. Larry is very approachable at out in-person events and goes out of his way to remember personal details. Day to day, my manager is fantastic and always interested in what is happening in my work and personal life and how those worlds interact.
