Management has to be exchanged. HR should listen to complaints about bullying by bosses. The workplace itself is very bad for health and painful, also because of lack of ergonomic adjustment of the desks, an assessment was promissed to come months ago nothing happened.

Ensure accountable systems in place, and compensate employees fairly. One has to also ensure that the mental health and emotional well being of employees is taken care of !
